WHL's Goalie of the Month for October 2021:
It was an October to remember for goaltender Chase Wutzke. The first-year Contact was a consistent presence between the pipes for the club throughout the month. Wutzke started seven games for the Contacts in October, registering a 2.57 goals-against average and .927 save-percentage, with two shutouts along the way. On top of his play in the SMAAAHL, the Debden, Sask. native helped Team Saskatchewan win bronze at the WHL Cup in Red Deer, as he registered 29 saves in Saskatchewan's 3-2 win over Manitoba in the bronze medal game.
